That being said, as much as we truly want ALL your feedback, during our Beta period we expect to get more inquiries than we can respond to quickly. Our goal is to reply to all technical and sales issues within three working days, but can’t promise we will always be able to do that reliably.

So we ask for your patience in advance. We are growing quickly and things are a bit of a blur here, so we can’t give you an exact timetable for responses to feedback and suggestions you have to offer, no matter how brilliant or useful they are.

We will do our best to prioritize issues that are causing you the most inconvenience, and promise we will read and respond to every e-mail...because we know Truehome can only reach its true potential with your help!
